If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address you provided. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as any additional delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. Lost/Stolen Order Policy
We are sorry to hear that your package was lost or stolen. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the delivery has already been made and confirmed by the carrier to the address you provided when ordering. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct. Please contact the carrier directly, and if the carrier is unable to locate the missing package, please contact us at (636) 896-5749 or email@example.com with the case number provided from the carrier and we will further assist.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Order Policy
If your product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us at (636) 896-5749 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org , along with a photo of your damaged, defective or incorrect items within 5 business days of receipt. We would be happy to replace or refund, partially or fully after reviewing the issue.
