What are your products made with?

Our products are made with safe, non-toxic naturally and organically derived ingredients. We carefully research our ingredients to ensure they are not only effective but also without any harmful chemicals. Our products have absolutely NO Silicones, Parabens, Mineral Oil, Sulfates, Phthalates, Petroleum, Propylene Glycol, Formaldehydes, Drying Alcohols or Artificial Colors.

Do I have to have natural hair in order to use your hair products?

No. Whether your hair is naturally kinky, coily, curly, straight, or be it locs, relaxed, transitioning, short or long, we believe you deserve uncompromisingly high-quality and effective products to promote and maintain a healthy hair care regimen.

How do I check if a product has a certain ingredient?

We have conveniently provided the ingredients for each product on our website and on the product label. Please visit the product page or check the label of the product to see the ingredients list for the product you are interested in.

Can children use your products?

Our products can be used on children as they are made with safe, non-toxic ingredients. We however recommend always doing a patch test first to ensure they do not have a reaction to any of the ingredients. Also, products with ingredients that causes a tingling sensation such as peppermint should be used with caution and in very small amount on infants and toddlers.

Can I try samples before purchasing?

We offer sample sizes for all our products! Just select the “Sample Size” option for any product you would like to try.

Is this good for gray hair/colored hair?

Yes, our products are color safe. They will not change or fade your hair color in any way.

Can these products be used on locs?

Absolutely!

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, we are proudly cruelty-free and do not test on animals.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Due to using natural ingredients with minimum preservatives, our products last a maximum of 12 months. Shelf life can be shortened or lengthened depending on the storage and usage conditions. Please store in a cool, dry location.

Why is there a difference from the product I just ordered to the one I already have?

Due to handmaking our products with natural and organic ingredients and no harmful chemicals, the color, consistency and scent may differ batch after batch.

What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

We recommend discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. They can provide you details on what ingredient you may have had a reaction to. We offer custom-made products and per your request we can make your product without ingredients that you are allergic to.

We accept all major debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

For your convenience, we also accept PayPal electronic payments.

No, we do not accept checks or money orders. Please see above for the forms of payment we accept.

We aim to ship your order as soon as possible. All our products are handcrafted and therefore, take a bit longer to prepare. Our standard order processing time is 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Please allow 7-10 business days of processing time during holiday season and sales. As soon as your order is ready to ship, we will send you an email with shipping tracking information.

After your order has been processed, please allow an additional 2-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your package to arrive!

We use United States Postal Service (USPS)

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes.

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information to confirm your shipment.

We are sorry to hear that your package was lost or stolen. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the delivery has already been made and confirmed by the carrier to the address you provided when ordering. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct.  Please contact the carrier directly, and if the carrier is unable to locate the missing package, please contact us at (636) 896-5749 or at support@crownbellenaturals.com with the case number provided from the carrier and we will further assist.

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Before finalizing your order, be certain your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address that was input at the time of ordering. If you happen to notice that you entered the wrong address, you can contact us at (636) 896-5749 or at support@crownbellenaturals.com with the correct shipping address before your shipping label is created. Once your shipping label is created, we will not be responsible for the incorrect address & the subsequent delivery.

Yes, we can ship to military locations.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as any additional delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. Please contact us at (636) 896-5749 or at support@crownbellenaturals.com. Have your order number ready.

We are committed to our customer’s satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase! However due to the nature of our handcrafted products and the risk of customer contamination, we currently accept returns or offer refunds on a case by case basis.  Please contact us at (636) 896-5749 or at support@crownbellenaturals.com for any issues or questions you may have with our products and we will be happy to assist.

If your product arrived damaged, defective or incorrect due to errors on our part, please contact us at (636) 896-5749 or at support@crownbellenaturals.com, along with a photo of your damaged or incorrect items. After confirmation, we will send you a new product at no cost to you.
